designed around YOUR plans and YOUR vision.

For our custom steel house kits and barndominium builds:

dry-in is the furthest level of completion we offer.

We do NOT offer:

• full turnkey custom homes

• complete interior finishing

• fully move-in-ready custom steel homes

Our role is focused on helping you get your custom home:

engineered,

fabricated,

installed,

and

professionally dried in.

After that, you or your contractor would complete:

• plumbing

• electrical

• insulation

• drywall

• flooring

• cabinetry

• interior finishes
