Unlike traditional house wrap like Tyvek, ZIP panels combine structural sheathing with a built-in weather-resistant barrier—resulting in fewer seams, faster installation, and long-term protection against moisture and air leaks.

Our structures are built with 16 to 18 gauge steel framing, depending on your local building code requirements.

Engineering & Flexibility

Whether you choose the self-install option or our install package, we provide engineered plans and drawings that your contractor can use for foundation work and that can be submitted to your county for permitting and code compliance.

One major advantage of building with steel is flexibility—you are not limited to our designs.
